Fire monitors are used to supply firewater / foam Solution for firefighting or cooling the facilities handling critical hazards in the petrochemical industries, as supplementary or main fire fighting solution, where fixed deluge / foam system are not available.

Johnson Controls supplies fire monitors that can be operated from a water-powered oscillation unit, Portable or manually or electrically, hydraulic with remote control panel at varies pressure, flow conditions and reach specified by our clients. Our experts are available to make sure the packages are installed and commissioning successfully at the plant.

Johnson Controls offers various safety equipment starts from safety suits, safety gloves, face shield, eye protection unit with International standard like BS / EN / CE.

Life saving equipment like lifebuoy, life boats, life jackets, liferaft, scramble net, self contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), emergency escape breathing apparatus (EEBA), electrical safety kit, helicopter crash kit in compliance with SOLAS and EN or NFPA approved products.

Safety shower and eye bath (options includes self contained water tank, chiller, heater).

Firewater mains fed with permanent hydrants, located in strategic positions all around the plant. Based on local industry practice, we provide fire hydrant types, connection following project / international approval requirements UL / FM / Kitemark / LPCB and pumper connection (BSRT, Storz, Afnor).

Hose cabinet strategically installed adjacent to each hydrant and contains fire hose, nozzles. In hose cabinet for foam application, content like foam branch pipe with pick up tube and foam containers are available. Content inside hose box are listed / approved by internationally recognized bodies like UL / FM / EN / CE.

Hose reels with hose provided in process units and buildings. The hose reels for buildings will be designed as indoor hose reel with wall mount arrangement and outdoor hose serve with water and foam, depends on application.
