Can you please describe how Johnson Controls is supporting your personal & career growth?
Within my 5 years in Johnson Controls, I have worked in multiple roles across 6 countries and 4 continents so I think the most important thing that Johnson Controls has given me, to support my personal & professional growth, is a constant push to change and learn. Also I was a part of the Finance Rotational Program within Johnson Controls – Leadership Program designed to develop finance leaders in the organization. It gave me extended exposure to the business across the industry and ability to look at challenges from a wider perspective. Another thing that I have got from Johnson Controls is the mentorship given by some experienced leaders within the organization – and the fact that they are always open and available for mentorship sessions.
What do you like the most about Johnson Controls culture and values? And how do you relate yourself to them?
What I like the most about Johnson Controls values is the practicality of use. When looking at our 5 values we can easily define how do treat our customers, how to respond to threads and opportunities, how to get our work done and how to communicate with each other to make sure we all go in the same direction as one team. I believe I can relate to those values in the way I work and deal with the customers on daily basis.
