I joined Johnson Controls 12 years ago as HVAC technician. Through these 12 years Johnson Controls encouraged me to learn more and grow which I end up doing continious certification programs and developing innovative ideas that helped me to be where I am today as Energy Lead. Johnson Controls provides open knowledge and idea sharing platforms which empowers employees to voice their ideas and suggestions in order to reach common company goals.

- The company's mission and values are and will be more productive, to stay ahead in the industry Johnson controls consistently impressed with the innovation and developments.
- Get lots of ideas from employees around and believe in their ideas to achieve a common goal which also allows employee empowerment and customers satisfaction.
- Johnson Controls' Global commitment to diversity and inclusion which I can relate to in my daily routine. I am from India working in UAE with team members who are from different countries such as the Philippines, Pakistan, Srilanka and many more and work as a team.
Can you please describe how Johnson Controls is supporting your personal & career growth?
Johnson Controls allows me to share my knowledge, suggestion and Ideas and gives freedom to implements them to make happen and encourage employees to learn and grow. for example, I join in Johnson Controls as an HVACE technician but Johnson Controls encourages me to learn and grow so I keep on learning and doing certification continuously and developed several innovative ideas in energy solutions and now I am an Energy Lead.
What do you like the most about Johnson Controls culture and values? And how do you relate yourself to them?
Recent global Covid-19 pandemic and uncertainties revolving around in the world. Still, Johnson controls conduct its business, operations, and organizational culture to maintain the highest standards of integrity, without taking any undue risk related to its employee's health. Also in these situations company taking efforts in employee's personal growth.
