I started my career in Johnson Controls as a Senior Buyer and I have been given the opportunity of a wider responsibility in a regional role which I can grow and contribute to the organisation further.

Can you please describe how Johnson Controls is supporting your personal and career growth?
All employees get equal opportunities to advance their careers where they feel valued and successful in line with their expectations. I started my career in Johnson Controls as a Senior Buyer in one of its several installations. In a relatively short period of time, I have been given the opportunity of a wider responsibility position where I can both be more functional and career wise more satisfactory. Such great environment is achieved via Johnson Controls' indigenous support and development programs.
What do you like the most about Johnson Controls culture and values? And how do you relate yourself to them?
Integrity first approach where honesty and transparency are being considered as the foundations of corporate culture. Regardless of their positions from top to bottom all Johnson Controls' employees practice integrity for all aspect of their duties. Above all else Johnson Controls prioritises integrity and encourages all its employees to do so in their daily routines. As a Procurement Professional, I know how important integrity is for the sustainability of any business as well as for a healthy work environment.
