Asset Performance app delivers Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD) summarized fault report. The report shows two air handling units (AHUs) running after hours and a handful of airside high pressure faults on terminal line.

6:30 a.m. Automated Work Orders

Maintenance Management app creates two work orders when Rohit arrives at work and inspects the AHUs filters and dampers linked to the high-pressure faults. The work orders will dispatch a technician to correct dirty filters and a broken actuator.

10 a.m. Mobile App for Occupants
